Como conmemoración del centenario de la muerte de Lev Tolstói presentamos este libro de José Calvo González, Catedrático de Teoría y Filosofía del Derecho y Magistrado del Tribunal Superior de Justicia de Andalucía.

La edición de este libro consta de un estudio sobre "Tolstói y la cultura literaria del Derecho" acompañado de una amplia compilación crítica de textos originales publicados en España entre 1890 y 1928.
